Asus’ Intel Powered ME302C Tablet Is Ready For Launch

As predicted by many, the Fonepad will not be the last tablet with Intel processor released by Asus. As a member of the EeePad family, the Asus ME302C is presumably to arrive with a 10-inch 1920 x 1200 display. It is known that the phone will include Intel Atom Z2560 dual-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz, PowerVR SGX 544MP GPU and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS. The rest of hardware specs are still shrouded by mystery and we have plenty to speculate about.

Judging by the recently leaked benchmark result, the ME302C seems to deliver more than decent performance level. The phone won’t set any new record in the tablet industry, but the extended battery life and physical keyboard dock would be useful for most professionals. At the time being, there’s no confirmed information on launch date and pricing of the tablet. However, by having a quick recap on the hardware features offered by the Fonepad, we could predict that the ME302C will be more expensive.
