Huawei Releases a Promotional Video of MediaPad 10 FHD
Some enthusiastic experts in the mobile industry are already calling the 2nd decade of the 21st century as the beginning of post-PC era. There could be some truth to this prediction as tablets are more affordable and their operating systems are becoming more capable. Among strong players such as Apple, Samsung and Google; Huawei is seeking a sweet spot in the booming marketplace.
The MediaPad 10 FHD would be Huawei’s next tablet and it is due to launch next month. The Chinese manufacturer has already published a video to give us an insight of what the tablet would be like. The promotional video touts several exciting features and the MediaPad 10 FHD looks more than impressive.
Among its most notable details are a high resolution 10” WUXGA (1920×1200) IPS display, quad-core processor, 16-core GPU and 8.8mm thickness. With the ability to connect to a keyboard dock, the MediaPad 10 FHD can turn into a sleek ultrabook-like device. The tablet will run Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) and sports an 8Mp rear-facing camera. There’s no exact pricing and launch date, but the MediaPad 10 FHD should cost about $500.
