Samsung May be Preparing Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.0

Only recently we picked reports about a new Samsung Galaxy Note tablet with an 8” display, While, it may only be a rumor, it’s quite possible that the device will make its first appearance at MWC next month. The Galaxy Note 8.0 will have model number GT-N5100 and it will compete directly with iPad Mini. However, some say that device is actually a next generation Galaxy Tab model with a 1080p display.

At this point, it isn’t possible to know which rumor to believe and we shouldn’t be surprised that Samsung will actually release both devices separately. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 was leaked for the first time two days ago and the latter could be a direct successor of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). Unfortunately, there’s no other detail leaked about both devices, but as we are getting closer to the MWC 2013, we will see this mystery shattered any time soon.
